# Forms Overview

> Organize your forms with tags, and use search, filtering, and sorting to find what you need.

The forms list is your central view of all forms you own or collaborate on. You can tag forms, filter by tag or ownership, and sort the list so the right forms are always easy to find.

## Tags

Tags are free-text labels you attach to a form to group and identify it. Common uses include client names, project codes, or environment labels (`production`, `staging`).

### Adding tags

Open a form's tag manager from the forms list. Type to add a new tag or select an existing one from the dropdown. Tags are shared within your account, so a tag you add to one form appears as an option for others.

### Removing tags

Click the × on any tag chip to remove it from that form. The tag itself is not deleted from your account and can still be used on other forms.

## Search, Filter, and Sort

The filter toolbar above the forms grid lets you narrow the list in several ways:

| Control | What it does |
|---------|-------------|
| **Search** | Full-text search across form names |
| **Tags** | Multi-select filter; shows only forms that have all selected tags |
| **Ownership** | Switch between All forms, only forms you own (Mine), or only forms shared with you (Shared) |
| **Sort** | Sort by name (A–Z / Z–A) or by creation date (newest first / oldest first) |

Filters are reflected in the URL, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view directly.
